Monday day 1

On the way to warm springs we stopped at horse thief lake. Jessica had handed out some pretty cool hiking backpacks and water bottles. We hiked up a trail to check out petroglyphs. They we about 15,000 years old and were from the natives that lived closer to the river. Also I had finally go to stretch my legs after a long drive from toppenish. After that we casually made our way to a small town called warm springs.thats where we had unloaded all of our luggage. We had slept at the towns long house. It was a nice place considering it was almost a hundred degrees outside. For dinner we had some very good spaghetti , but not nearly as good as my mother's. Overall the day went very well.
